​- 10월 2째주의 일기



◆ 10월 3일(월)  ~ 10월 7일(금)



This week, I had many homework and studies to do.

In english class, we read script about movie 'The crucible'. I couldn't understand the story,

so I downloaded the movie at watched at home.

And, I had to write 10 entries after reading book.

In food science class, we made Quiche and hash browns. It took 3 days to make it.

The quiche tasted like pizza. The food was tasty. In history class, we had a unit test.

The test is open-book, but it's always really hard to me.

In leadership, we make birthbay poster in group.

Our group is January. We have all students name whose birthday is on January.

There are almost 200 student on January.

We made snowman and snowflake.

And we wrote all students name on the snow flake.

But we didn't finished in this week.

​◆ 10월 8일(토)

Today I went apple grove with Tonya, Josh, Anna, Theo and me to pick apples.

It took almost2 hours to get there.

Josh and I took a nap while going to the grove. The weather was perfect.

The apples that I ate in US were small.

And I didn't know that there are various kinds of apples.

The apples were really big and sweet.

We decided to make apple pie with apples that we picked today.

To make apple pie, we need apple sauce.But we didn't have apple sauce.

Tonya and Josh went costco and bought ice cream,

chicken and bread. After they came back, we made dome for pie and cooked on the oven.

While the pie is cooking, we ate dinner with chicken, salad, bread and potatoes.

Anna's friend yooni came to our home and ate dinner together. After dinner, the pie was done.

So, we ate the apple pie with ice cream. It was really good.

When I back to Korea, I'll make the apple pie with my family.
